Cory has handled cases concerning multi-party real estate and intellectual property transactions, complex financial instruments, and analysis of multi-state and international legal issues. These cases often required analysis of voluminous business records and correspondence, management of fact and expert witnesses, and effective presentation of complex issues in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
Cory has extensive knowledge concerning multi-state and international contract law, securities/derivative agreements, director and officer liability, employment contract disputes, real estate disputes, and judgment collections.
